the breakfast buffet was quite generous. it offered a fantastic variety of items. the infinity edge pool was huge and quite refreshing (i found it cooler than the sea temperature). the pool area had many sun loungers with staff ready to adjust umbrellas.
the cream carpet had dirt between it and the skirting board. a chunk was missing from the bathroom door. the air conditioning unit in the ceiling dripped water onto the carpet. i had no balcony to dry clothes.

The restaurant staff was very attentive. Aamir with Security looked after us well throughout the stay.
This was an unwelcome surprise. After a dispute with the clerk, he agreed not to charge me, though the ability to use the mini bar was removed. The swimming pool is deep across the entire area. There are no shallow areas for children. This is a pool design flaw.

the hotel included seamless beach access, and the heated pool was a definite plus. sunbeds were always available, so finding a spot to relax was easy. the room was quite spacious and provided great value.
The room smelled of damp and it had a television with a darkened patch. Neither issue was addressed . i reported it twice to reception. one staff member said it was the air conditioning, but the smell persisted.

i loved the breakfast it had a great variety of food and juices. the hotel grounds are very well maintained i enjoyed the infinity pool and lazy river it was a great way to cool down. mohsin from the beach staff ensured my umbrella was in the prime location for shade and sun he adjusted it several times during the day
i was disappointed the housekeeping was below average towels were often forgotten. the outdoor pool staff seemed unfriendly people reserved sun beds with towels then went for breakfast. i found someone else's blood on my napkin one night the manager just apologized with no further action
